* = For Category F3, 55 years and over, and Cat. G, 75 years and over, a handicap equal to a 0.5% reduction on competition time will be applied for each year from the age of 55 and 75 respectively. The actual finishing times will be calculated in accordance with the following rule.
Example: Should a 60 year old lady in Cat. F3 or an 80 year old man in Cat. G finish in 1.00,00 minute, 0.5% handicap for 6 years is resulting the time reduction of 3.0% (= 1,80 secs.) less 1.00,00 minute = 58,20 secs. finishing time.
